JODI MUTER-HAMILTON, FOUNDER STUDIO VOTIVE
Having practiced Yoga since her teens and Pilates for over 15 years Jodi is a huge advocate of the benefits that regular movement in a supportive, encouraging environment brings to all stages of life.
Jodi is a Level 3 Pilates teacher, who is working towards her Level 4 Master Practitioner with Reformer. Jodi aims to help clients develop strength and physical capacity by encouraging a deeper understanding of the mindbody connection.
Utilising Pilates’ methodical, precise system of exercises Jodi offers dynamic, progressive classes that embody Pilates Principles; Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision and Flow.
